Wassail! My name is Lee and I am the Owner-operator of inCiderJapan, an international cider-focused promotion & marketing consulting company.

I started inCiderJapan in 2017 with the launch of an eponymously named magazine (you can read about that here), and have since become an importer and distributer of world-class ciders in Japan, while pioneering the advancement of Japanese cider and cidermakers throughout the country and the rest of the world. If that weren’t enough (insert snarky quip here), I now also freelance as a professional tour guide.

In early 2024, I became Asia’s first, and currently still only, Certified Pommelier™. In June of this year, I was made the licensed educator of the American Cider Association‘s Certified Cider Professional programme for the Asia region, including Australia. I created JAPAN CIDER GUIDE to share my knowledge and experience with others who are interested in and passionate about cider, as well as with those who are either curious or otherwise fascinated by Japan.
